How to Play Blockpost

Blockpost not only impresses with its distinctive voxel design but also captivates players with its fast-paced, action-packed FPS gameplay. In the game, players control their character using familiar keyboard keys such as:

  • The WASD keys are used to move the character in different directions.
  • Move the mouse to adjust your aim and target enemies.
  • Attacks are performed using the familiar left/right mouse buttons.

The shooting experience feels relatively smooth, especially when combined with an open map system that allows for real-time block destruction and construction. This creates intense, creative, and unpredictable combat situations.

The block-building mechanic in the middle of the battlefield gives each match its own strategic flavour. Players not only need quick reflexes but also must improve their observational skills, make use of terrain, and defend effectively.

Game Modes in Blockpost

Team Deathmatch

Two teams face off in high-intensity firefights with the goal of eliminating as many opponents as possible. To win in this mode, players need good teamwork and strong map control.

Gun Game

Players start with basic weapons and are upgraded to new ones after each successful kill. The first player to complete the entire weapon cycle wins the match.

Bomb Mode

One team is tasked with planting bombs at designated locations, while the other team must stop or defuse them in time. In this mode, players need to plan strategies, coordinate, and divide roles clearly to gain an advantage.

Sniper Arena

All players use sniper rifles, creating a quiet but extremely tense shooting environment. Accuracy and fast reflexes are the key factors to winning in this round.

Infection

Some players start out infected and must spread the infection to the others. The survivors must last until the end of the match or be turned into part of the opposing side.
